But after having it for the first time last year im seriously craving more!!!

So what are the best ones available on property????

The popular answer is going to be Sunshine Seasons.

However, I'm going to say the strawberry shortcake is better at the Hoop Dee Doo Revue. In fact, I think it's significantly better.

The one at Narcoossee's was RIDICULOUS but they removed it from the menu.

The one at Hoop De Do looks amazing...but I never had it.

Really? I didn't think it was that good at the Hoop de Doo. Everything else was perfect though.

Went to Sunshine Seasons this past March with high hopes for the strawberry shortcake and the key lime tart, but have to say that I didn't love either one. Just OK.

Last time I had the sunshine seasons strawberry shortcake I was so disappointed. It's close to half the size it used to be and has very few strawberries in it. It's become more of a glorified twinkie. :lol:

I know this is odd, given it's called strawberry shortcake, but I prefer mine on either a dessert shell or a biscuit, which is why the Sunshine Seasons offering has never done anything for me.

Also, any strawberry shortcake is best served a la mode.

Well if we go that route...not a lot of desserts were better than my Strawberry Ice Cream Sundae, with Strawberry Ice Cream, Strawberry Syrup, and oh if they only had Strawberry Whipped Cream!!!

I'm not a big strawberry person...but I'd trust blackthidot on anything strawberry related as he is the king of strawberry treats at Disney. And from pictures - Sunshine Seasons seems to look the best!

Pop Century Food Court. They have them at all the food courts. At least at the value resorts. You get a meal...go to the ice cream station...order it. Eat your food and I think they give you 45 mins to go back and get it so it dont melt while you eat!

Mrs. Potts (now called Storybook Treats) USED to have the BEST strawberry shortcake. It was the actual little cake with strawberries, strawberry sauce, ice cream and whipped cream.

But we had it last month and it wasn't the same. It was mostly ice cream and just all this overly sweet sauce and that was really it. It was more of a strawberry sundae.

That used to be the best.
