Walt Disney Pictures and Marvel Studios announced today that Marvel's The Avengers earned another $42.3 million internationally on Tuesday, May 1st (it was a holiday in many international markets) to bring its overseas total to $260.5 million already before even opening in North America on Friday.
For the domestic release, the studios have also released a new critics spot which you can watch below!
Marvel's The Avengers is the superhero team up of a lifetime. When an unexpected enemy emerges that threatens global safety and security, Nick Fury, Director of the international peacekeeping agency known as SHIELD, finds himself in need of a team to pull the world back from the brink of disaster. Spanning the globe, a daring recruitment effort begins.
