Well, apparently the Internet Gods done opened a window after closing that door. An almost-identical time opened up for the same day, and managed to snag it this time. Score one for the monkey boy.

When my dining window this week, I crossed my fingers and hit the refresh button over and over and over waiting for 5am, and then when it did, I was SHOCKED that a Be Our Guest dinner time was available on the one night I could make it work ... and I selected it ... and then DONALD appeared! Geez, I think my heart stopped for a few seconds. I was lucky though and when I clicked refresh there was a confirmation number so it actually went through!!!

That happened to me for a reservation at Be Our Guest last week! I woke my fiancee up because I screamed so loud. I really hope another one opens up before our trip. I really want to eat there but I do not want to waste time waiting in a huge line for lunch.

Or when Stitch appears to tell you someone ate the page.....that's when I call and hope the 5 minutes it takes to get through Disney's automated menu doesn't mean I lose the reservation I've been trying to book online...

This happened to me last night with the Garden Grill ADR I have been searching for! Finally a perfect time showed up on the day we wanted and I got through to the last step of the process and got that awful screen with Donald. I have never been more annoyed! Someone got it at the same time so thats what shows up! LOL I am laughing out loud right now!
I've had this happen a number of times where I go to book that hard-to-get reservation and get smacked by Donald. The key has always been to check back about an hour or so later and then keep checking and it has reappeared later. My guess would be that when you select a reservation it puts a lock on that time slot so that someone else can't book it at the same time. They probably then have a process than runs hourly or so that clears locks on time slots that don't have a valid confirmation number. So don't give up!

The same thing happened to me today after this happening lastnight!!! The perfect time showed up for our arrival day for the Garden Grill.. I got it so quick, my sister secretly recorded me cheeringnd screaming as I was going thru each step! I was not letting it happen again!
