On our last trip, we were privileged to have Joshua as our bellhop at ToT a few times.
He was the best bellhop we've ever had, and by far the most animated CM we've seen!
He got so into the role...he made crazy eyes and had a great voice and I almost believed that we were in a haunted hotel!
It was awesome to have a CM so committed to the role especially with a role you can do so much with like ToT. That is great to see as a guest.
