Each Test Track vehicle has 4 visible wheels, but actually has a total of 22 wheels underneath!

User OC2Epoct posted these images about 5 years ago over on MiceChat.com These were taken at a D23 Expo and were technically from a prototype car for Radiator Springs Racer, but I would imagine the set-up for Test Track is more or less identical. It appears that the wheels act as up-stops and guidewheels.
