Test Track open late?

I just read that Test Track is open until 10:00 p.m.

This person advised that her family watched Illum. and then went on TT 2x after that. It was a Sunday night.

Does anyone know anything about this or experienced this? If EE is cut, this would be a great deal to know about when touring EPCOT.

(These boards are so addictive! I can't wait to go to WDW so I can take a break!)

Late opening for Test Track has been running for at least a year now. Although it is unclear whether it happens every night, and it is also not widely publicised.

I have personally seen it in action in June, July, September, December and January.

Flower,

We did RoE and then went onto TT 3 times!!! It was great, because not many people seemed to know about the late opening. It was so good, we just walked straight on each time.

Pre September 11th, Test Track was been open until 10pm every night (with some exceptions). The only time it was not open to 10 is when it either breaks down late in the day (after 8 or so, usually) or when attendance is very low. I don't know if this is still the case, but priot to 9/11, it was open every night, not selected nights.

We were at Epcot two weeks ago and when we were leaving the park after IllumiNations Test Track was still open. I thought the people were joking at first. That would be a good way to pass time waiting for the bus lines to go down! ;)
