Disney doesn't care so they don't ask anything. You're not even talking about a Disney ride.

I never said a re-ride was impossible. I'm talking about the notion that "Disney doesn't know it's broken unless you tell them" is ridiculous.

Why should they ask, everything is meant to be working so there is no reason to ask "was everything good with your ride?". But that doesn't alter the fact that if you feel you didn't experience everything you should tell someone about your ride.

I don't see how you think it is so ridiculous to just say "its weird we didn't have any narration in our vehicle, should there have been?" to someone as the only people who know it was missing are the six people sat in that car.
