Terri Clark Music Video - Is That Johnny?

I was flipping through the channels and saw a music video by Terri Clark called "Girls Lie Too". There is what looks to be Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow in the video. Does anyone know if it is Johnny? Sometimes it looks like him and sometimes it doesn't.
