Does anyone know how long the waite it is to get back into the college program after being terminated from disney?

6months-1year. depends on how you were terminated. you might get a 'no rehire' status though

Yea i was accused of stealing beer at work which wasent true and ended up gettin a underage drinking charge but my boss said i would be able to come back eventually.

Wow.So if you are fired from WDW not to be confused with being laid off,you can get rehired even if for stealing????

Am I missing something?

I have worked for some pretty big companies such as Target and Coca Cola and if you are fired so any reason on the "term" reasons to fire like stealing,fighting,sexual harassment,etc you can NEVER come back EVER.

disney uses the term 'term' rather loosely.

I worked witha full timer who was caught stealing from the registers and was able to come back to work after maternity leave. Disney doesn't really care enough, even if you have no re-hire status, that typically only lasts 6 months.​

I really hope i'm not "no rehire" that would suck. I just quit, not like i did anything wrong. I just didn't give notice.
