Teppanyaki Closed?

I know Disney pushed back this refurb numerous times. Can anyone confirm if this is open or closed?

I'm not sure but I know I got reservations for September there. I'm not sure when the refurbishment is actually taking place.

I just came back from the world on Thur. night. Tried to eat at Tepanyaki on Tue. and was told it was "closed for remodeling". As for how long, I don't know, but I hope it is open in a few months when I go in July with the family.

I wanted to also try it out in July but just my luck it's not open and haunted mansion also.

It is closed for refurbishment at the moment. They've put up walls at the base of the stairs leading up to it - so all 3 places to dine up there are closed. the store remains open as does the counter service on the other hill.

They've setup a temporary kiosk and cart near the lagoon that services some additional quick service items.

Well, we had the information that it would be reopened in early July, just in time for our trip. We called to make all of our dinner reservations and we were told that it would be closed into August....

Teppanyaki is supposed to be closed through August 25th. However, they have changed the dates on this renovation so much that no one really knows for sure when it will be open again.

Quick question: Do they post restaurant closings/rehurbs on the main Disney site? It is not in the Operational Updates, and if it wasn't for this thread, I wouldn't have known that the Japanese restaurants would be closed for my trip. No hot sake , unless they have it at the CS.
