Teppanaki Dining/Fireworks

Does anyone know if the Teppanaki Dining Room at Japan (in EPCOT) has a view of Illuminations? I know that one of the restaurants in Japan has a view, but I wasn't sure which one it was.

Teppenyaki, which is the one where everyone sits around the grill as the chef prepares the food, does not have a view of the fireworks. But it is alot of fun. Went there in Nov. for the first time and thought it was great. We sat on the steps outside of the 2 restaurants afterwards to watch the fireworks!
Tempura Kiku I have not tried, but looks like it would have a good view of the fireworks.

Ate at Tempura Kiku during our last visit and it does NOT have a view of Illuminations. You sit around a table with chefs in the center.

As you stand looking into Tempura Kiku, on the right hand side is a lounge with glass view of the lake which would provide a good view. This is above the shop about 1 1/2 stories up. Sitting outside on the steps is a good alternative.

The fast food place in Japan has some outdorr tables, but I don't think they provide a good view (trees may be in the way). The tower has an upper level where a lot of people like to watch from. I also like to stand on the stone benches by the lagoon behind the gate in the water. You get a surprisngly good view even though that giant statue type thing is there.

Yes, the Dining rooms are good.

But the best view and meal by far is the Rose and Crown Pub. Get the last priority seating and then ask to sit outside by the lagoon and eat slow and enjoy the best view of IROE.

The room with the view of Illuminations is the Matsu No Ma lounge. It's a sushi bar. Of course, you can just finish eating at one of the other restaurants, walk outside, and watch the show from the terrace. Or you can eat elsewhere and then just go up to the terrace.

teppenyaki is my favorite restaurant...it rules.
