Tentative Itinerary - thoughts/suggestions?

Here is my tentative itinerary for my 40th birthday trip. I am going all out by getting the Deluxe Dining Plan. Many of the restaurants listed in my itinerary I have never eaten. If anyone has suggestions, please do not hesitate to let me know. I am always tweaking the plans, but always for the better. We will be staying at the Yacht Club as well.

I would start your planning again for next year.Why? because September 12th your arrival day is a Thursday,not a Friday.

I love your choices, though I haven't eaten at most of them but wish to. I would change one your dinner reservations to Boma. (Can't help but promote it as much as I can.) I would do it on your Animal Kingdom day, you could probably make a late lunch reservation or just wait until dinner and walk around the hotel. It's beautiful and you can watch the animals for hours.

OH! And Captain's Grille in the Yacht Club! Ate here in Sep. and it was delicious! It's only 1 credit & it would be easy if you're just relaxing in the room and all you have to do it walk to the lobby.

I will put Boma in there if it is just my mom and I. We both love Boma, but not everyone in my family is an adventurous eater when it comes to trying out different national cuisines.

OK- I can't speak from experience, but should we make it back for my milestone bday in 2013 Jiko and Citrico's are tops on my list for signature spots.

Also, while I LOVE dining in the castle for the atmosphere...we've had pretty mixed experiences with food. You have enough time to see what BoG reviews for dinner are like, so maybe consider BoG dinner if the reviews wind up being positive. You could still do CRT for breakfast or lunch (we're going this route and calling it "our day of 2 castles). Just thinking it really wouldn't matter which meal you do at CRT since the reviews tend to favor the atmosphere over the food- so the atmosphere is a constant at all meals.

I'd also love to hear what people are saying about Artist's Point, since the menu sounds soooooooo good to me.

The menu at Artist's Point does sound great, that's why I want to eat there! I was thinking of Jiko too, again if it were just my mother and I, I would make the ADR. I have not eaten in the castle since it was King Stefan's Banquet Hall and I wanted to do dinner since it is different.
