Template change for ignored posts

@wdwmagic can we go back to the style where ignored members were hidden completely, and not the placeholders that are there now?

I see the difference is quoted content... posts from ignored users is hidden as before.. but if someone quotes an ignored user, we get a quote box now with labels shown there is ignored content from the named user.

I find this change makes discussions easier to follow... instead of what appear to be random non sequiturs, we can now see that the statement is a response to a member we've ignored.

I didn't like it at first, but it has grown on me.
