[Techy] Running ASP scripts on Linux w/Apache?

Hi all.

A colleague of mine had paid for a script to be written for research purposes. The developer had written it in ASP, however, she was unaware of the fact that my server runs linux. So as to avoid paying excessive amounts of money in redesigning the script, I became aware of a free perl mod called Apache :: ASP (http://www.apache-asp.org/). That's the good news. Bad news is that I have no clue how to install/configure it on my server. I'm running RedHat 7.3 w/ cPanel and WHM.

Any ideas or alternatives?

Thanks

Ian

It looks like you might have to have root access to update the scripts for Apache. I don't know enough about Apache to help you directly, but you may want to try talking with the datacenter and see what they can do for you. Hope that helps some. :)
