That's a really good idea.

I have to go to dinner in a few minutes.. My last idea is that I'd rather go with a more intense simulator for the Doof ride... It's more suited for the idea I have in mind... I'm still working on it.
Ok, as long as we don't go too crazy. For a land like this, we should probably try to make our rides accessible to 8 year olds. I like a bit more thrilling though

How about theme the boat ride to ducktales instead? I've never watched it this just popped up in my head.
I love ducktales! Grew up on it. Was a big pusher for a Ducktales dark ride for the final Creator's Games project. Literally listening to the theme song as i type this. My only concern is too much Disney. We have literally every cartoon ever made. Almost all our ideas have been Disney. I think we should limit ourselves to two Disney based rides. And Symphony Mansion and the Dr. Doof rides already seem like we've basically agreed on them. If we do end up doing Ducktales or Gravity Falls boat rides, I will be first to volunteer to work on them as I absolutely love both of them. The third journal is one of three books i took with me to my new dorm. And both would make fabulous rides.

I think this prompt really invites us to think outside the box more. Use some very different franchises. I'm still up for a Bojack Horseman Dark ride. Or maybe an Animanics Teacups style spinner. Or Peabody and Sherman carousel of progress type show. A Rankin and Bass themed Christmas shop. The possibilities are endless. There are about 100 years worth of cartoons we can look at.

Heck, depending on how generously we define "cartoon" we may even be able to use some of your cool Undertale ideas. A game may be too much of a stretch, even a very cartoony one like Undertale. But my point is let's try to get a little crazy with the properties we use. Our realism points aren't based on the properties we choose. Just the rides we build out of them.

Charlie the Unicorn and the Journey to Candy Mountain boat ride. We can use internet cartoons too, right? Let's get wild with this.

Love the Idea of DuckTales, my thought was a suspended dark ride for that. I love the Charlie idea lol, The Adventures of Charlie the Unicorn, cross the rickety bridge, see the Leoplorodon, make friends with a Z and even have your kidney taken... Oh wait.

I don't have A story worked out just yet, but maybe we can discuss it as a team tommorow.
Sounds good. I think we have a great start! Ill organize our thoughts so far and compile them. Tomorrow we can start finalizing the ideas we want to use and who is dokng what. Then we will have like a week to properly develop them.

Also, we need to pick a project leader (I think? Wasn't fully clear on that). Does anyone want to volunteer for that?

-Attraction Ideas Compilation-

E-Ticket - Symphony Mansion (but with a new title).
Mad Doctor, Phantom Blot, Dancing Skeletons. All that good stuff. We should a good the Lonesome Ghosts because one of the other teams seems to be using it.

D-Ticket - Dr. Doofensmirtz Cartoon Crossover.
Dr. Doof accidentally brings all these different toons together.

Kid Coaster - Rocky & Bullwinkle.
A kid focused inverted coaster.

Dark Ride - Animaniacs Dark Ride.
A traditional fantasyland style dark ride. Has a sense of energy that makes it ressemble Mr. Toad's Wild Ride.

Other ideas that haven't been ruled out.

---Ducktales dark ride or boat ride.
If we do this, I vote we retheme either Dr. Doof or Symphony Mansion to avoid Disney overload. Rick and Morty could work as a host for the cartoon crossover ride considering how he dimension hops. So, if we do decide on Ducktales, we have options to retheme Doof and avoid Disney overload.

---Charlie the Unicorn
I had suggested this as a joke, but I'm also not against the idea of doing it. I'm cool with something really oddball.

---Something with Hanna Barbera
No Hanna Barbera ride ideas anyone has suggested have really taken hold. But I'm open to a Hanna Barbera ride.

-Restaurant Idea Overview-

Full Service Restaurant 1 - Oswald's Lucky Lounge.

A classy restaurant themed to an Oswald the Lucky Rabbit hosted Jazz club. Think of it as an animated Great Gatsby restaurant. This will be a more grown up focused restaurant and will have signature drinks, dance floor, and live jazz music. Other 1920s/30s era cartoons will be represented in the theming too. Especially Betty Boop. Oswald is the owner of the club and Betty is the star performer.

Full Service Restaurant 2 - House of Mouse.

Guests are entertained by a mixture of cartoon shorts (both new and old, Disney and non-Disney) and "live" entertainment (different animated guests putting on comedy club style entertainment using Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor tech).

Quick Service Restaurant - Bob's Burgers.

I don't watch this show, but it is pretty popular. And a fast food type place would work good. And it could be a good representation of more adult focused cartoons.

Outdoor QSR - Jellystone Park Food truck.

A Yogi Beat themed outdoor seating area. Food would be picnic like stuff (sandwiches and all)

---other QSR ideas---

-Bueno Nacho from Kim Possible

-Shore Shack from Rocket Power

-Krusty Krab from Spongebob

-Looney Tunes Shop (theming ideas?)

-Hanna Barbera Store (theming ideas?)

-store themed to 80s product tie in cartoons?
Like a G.I. Joe, Transformers, Voltron, Barbie, My Little Pony mega store. The more shamelessly the show was designed just to sell toys, the more likely you are to find those toys here.

So, this is all we have come up with and haven't eliminated yet. We need to get down to 4 attractions, 4 restaurants (only 2 qsr), and 4 shops.

Also, is everyone ok with Hollywood Studios as our location? Because that may change what rides and things we choose to fit whatver park we choose.

Lastly, is there anyone who votes against the tentatively titled Symphony Mansion as our Haunted Mansion? If so, we should discuss that sooner rather than later.

This is a really good starting point! :D

For the Looney Tunes, let's do something related to ACME (maybe a warehouse or something.. Not sur what to do with Hannah Barbera.

I love these! Maybe the a Jetsons sim or a Flinstone Dino Ride (ride a Dino). Also, I feel like an EMV Charlie has great potential. Plus, if Cap can do Space Jam, no reason we can't do Charlie. I like the concept of the Rocky and Bullwinkle Coaster, but we would want it to be a family one, and those are not common (only one I can think of it Fun Spot's Freedom Flyer). I also really like the idea of DuckTales (Woo-Hoo!) as a suspended dark ride. I think Animaniacs has huge potential, maybe even just as streetmosphere a la Liberty Square Muppets, as they are a quintessential aspect of toontown. Symphony Manor (with an obviously different name) is a fantastic way to include a few things. I agree about renaming the Dr.D one, as it is less than Ideal. Maybe we could do a Jetsons tot?

Maybe make Looney Tunes a ACME Warehouse shop. Overall, I will say I am very concerned about cohesiveness, but other than that, this is looking great.
