I'm for the harbor theme town but not after Texas
Why don't we remove that gaudy Superman Tower and add a New England harbor section?

Yeah doesn't make any sense over there....and it's no longer the tallest ride in the park and has been there for 15 years. Time for a change.
So I think I'll get a summary going

Rough Outline for Cedar Point
- Smokey Mountain themed Lodge to compete with Great Wolf Lodge
- Two Water Rides? I know we confirmed one being thrill, not sure if you wanted the other to be connected with the theme park
- Possibly an additional private entrance? Though there's one close by so that can be axed...but it is a bit of a walk - and would help guest flow at night.
- Connections to water park, Lighthouse resort, and Cedar Point
- I'm estimating $700 Million for this...the additional money goes into building the massive parking garage out by the main gate, which will now house 6x the capacity -- and offer shuttle service to the water park now instead of parking next to it.
Will let this marinate for a while. Maybe even a water mountain river coaster or flume ride that could dump guests in Cedar Point from the hotel? That could be fun You climb up behind the resort on a log flume and splash down in Cedar Point then the log travels back to pick up other guests...it would be something quick considering it could only be used on a one way trip...but that could be a unique second 'water' attraction.
