Back in my day I used to watch Courage the Cowardly Dog, Ed Edd n Eddy, Dexter's Laboratory, and so on, those have never been seen before in attractions (mostly because they are not allowed)

I'm thinking a blend of 3 themes (similar to Fantasyland -- where you have the courtyard, forest, and storybook circus) Disney, Cartoon Network, Looney Tunes?
