Tastings itineris clashing

Hiii , I hope you can help.
We are going on our first ever Disney cruise on the 26th August to le Rochelle ,
We have booked the alcohol tasting seminars every night , but now I'm scared we're going to miss all the shows (beauty and the beast. Mainly ) does anyone know when they show it or if I'm going to have to cancel some itinerary to be able to see it ? Any help would be appreciated

Assuming you are on first dining so seeing the second show? From memory the second show normally starts around 2000/2030 and are no longer than an hour and I expect your evening seminar will be 2200?

We are indeed on 1st sitting but most o GB the seminars are at 2000 or 2100 I think there is one 2130 over the 3 days

Cool. I can't remember what the cancellation policy is for the seminars?

But I'd suggest once you are onboard checking the navigator on your phone (you'll be able to see the entire cruise) and then cancelling where you have a clash. Some evenings 'variety' entertainment you may be willing to miss to go to the seminar versus the Disney shows.

Unfortunately, I agree with @cjkeating . If your tasting is at 8pm, it will conflict with the second performance of the evening show.

Yes, you will miss the shows since they are at the same time. This is just one of those things that you need to decide what you want to do more. You can do alcohol tastings in a lot of places but you can only see these shows on the cruise.
