Taking my Fiancee to Disney for her first time

Going to take a trip this fall to Disney, I have been multiple times my fiancee has never been. Thought of some things we have to do just wondering if I missed any "have to's":

Magic Kingdom:
Splash Mtn, Space Mtn, Pirates, Haunted Mansion, Big Thunder, Peter Pan, Buzz Lightyear, & Small World.

Epcot:
Test Track, Maelstrom (will be going before close hopefully), Soarin', just going thru the various countries

MGM:

Great Movie Ride, Rock n Roll, Tower of Terror

Animal Kingdom:

Tree, Safari, Expedition, and the Rapids ride

Know we are going to go to pleasure island a couple of nights and the board walk. She is more of fan of the shows/plays then me so I haven't really seen many in my trips any recommendations would be greatly appreciated also any must do rides I missed I'm sure I missed some, she is a Beauty and the Beast fan. Thanks in advance :)

Maelstrom is gone. If she loves Beauty and the Beast, I'd suggest the stage show at Hollywood Studios....also TRY to score a reservation for dinner at Be Our Guest. Have to's are pretty subjective and you're going to get a pretty wide range of them on here...if it's not a surprise maybe have her look at the website / order a planning DVD and see what grabs her interest? :)

Just so you know, Pleasure Island doesn't exist anymore and Downtown Disney is going through a major overhaul this year. Look up info on 'Disney Springs' there.

As for the 4 parks, I'd add these suggestions:

Magic Kingdom:
Tomorrowland Transit Authority - rarely crowded as it's ever-moving, that my fiancé and I find super relaxing and romantic as you cruise through Tomorrowland!

As your fiancé is a Beauty and the Beast fan (I am too!), see if you can get lunch/dinner at Be Our Guest Restaurant in New Fantasyland. Absolutely beautiful scene right out of the movie. Also there's Storytime with Belle which is catered towards children but is still very enjoyable for a BatB lover.

EPCOT:
Maelstrom is closed now. You definitely have the right idea to just take an entire afternoon/evening strolling through the World Showcase! I would recommend you research some restaurants there and choose one or two. There are a lot of good dining options in EPCOT.

MGM--now Hollywood Studios:
Beauty and the Beast Live on Stage - great show! Make sure you check the times guide first thing when you get there and plan your day accordingly.

Also if you can, get a FP+ for Toy Story Mania - it's an awesome ride and getting competitive with each other is fun!

Animal Kingdom:
Check out the Pangani Forest Exploration Trail and Maharajah Jungle Trek - wonderful way to see animals other than through the Safari.

Also check out Festival of the Lion King - Broadway-like show!

A Dole Whip Float at the MK.
I agree with the PP about Pick A Pearl in Japan - it was a highlight of our trip when we last did it.

Maybe you should focus on what she likes. Discuss rides with her. Maybe she doesn't like big roller coasters, or hates being wet, or would like to do certain meet and greets. ;)

I first took my wife on our honeymoon for her first visit , she was not a Disney fan and very sceptical but once there she soaked up the magic and has been a fan ever since she loves the atmosphere/magic more than any one ride or show .

So my advice would be to just take your time relax, feel the magic and not worry about any one ride/show . I would say watching the fireworks and light shows is very romantic !

The 7DMT is a must do. What about all the meet and greets that are available. There not just for kids. If by fall you mean September -Oct look into the extra cost ticket for the Mickey Not So Scary Halloween party. Has a special parade and fireworks show plus you can dress in costume and trick a treat around the park. For a Beauty and Beast fan there is a stage show over at Hollywood Studios near the Tower of Terror and Rock n Roller Coaster. Story Time with Belle is also a must do.

Disney is were the wife and I did our honeymoon back in 1979. Still go just about every year.

get in touch with the floral department they can do all kinds of awesome things. leaving flowers in the room while you're out, halloween/holiday gift packages delivered to your door. they are very good.

best thing they did for me was dressing up a table for a dinner reservation i had a todd english bluezoo. they had an awesome "haunted rose" with vase and other things on the table waiting for us. give it a look. she will be blown away

7DMT, the Parades, Wishes, Some goodies from the many snack places,

Epcot:
Have to do Spaceship Earth, just have to. Make sure to stay for Illuminations!! If she likes it, do the Seas Pavilion and check out the tanks. Make sure to catch the Acrobats in China. The Pick a Pearl is a fantastic idea as well. Just leave plenty of time to do the World Showcase so you aren't rushing through at the end.

Disney's Holllywood Studios:
Star Tours, Toy Story for sure, One Man's Dream(It's worth the walk through). Muppett's 3-D, and stay for Fantasmic.

Animal Kingdom:

Festival of the Lion King, Finding Nemo the musical, Flights of Wonder and Dinosaur! If she likes animals, take your time and go through the Oasis exhibits. And while in Africa, try to spot De-Vine.

Overall, definitely take into consideration her desire to meet any of the characters. If she is a fan of the movies, then it may be a big deal to get a picture with Cindy or Belle or Mickey...especially if it is her first time.

Also, ask her if she would want a set of ears on the first day and buy them for her.

Make sure to attend Rope Drop at MK. Get a picture of you and her in front of the castle. At the least have a drink at Raglan Road in Downtown Disney. Dole whip is a must. Of course get her the obligatory mouse ears hat.
