taking a 11month old to a water park

We took our 9 month old to Typhoon Lagoon. All we did was ride in the lazy river for 1 1/2 hours with him sitting on our laps, but then again that's all we ever do at Typhoon Lagoon:lol:

Any tips from anyone that has done this? Is it impossible? What is there to do for them if anything?

Definitely not impossible! :D

I would recommend getting there early enough to secure a shady lounge chair for later

The little one can walk in the edge of the big pool, ride in the lazy river, and both parks have a "splash" section designed for little ones.

I took my DD at 14 months old, and my DS went around 15 months, and I would definitely do it again!

Either way, enjoy your vacation!

B-Beach is too concrete-heavy and slide-oriented for the little guys, but Typhoon Lagoon is a wonder! They love the textures, foliage, and general sensory stimulation. Babies love the Lazy River (like everyone has said), the kiddie area (excellent design), the "junior swimmer" corner of the wave pool, and just playing in the sand.

If you can afford it, you'll love it and so will your little guy.
