Tables in Wonderland Renewal

I just realized my Tables in Wonderland card is expired and I leave in 3 weeks. Once I arrive to WDW - where can I get a renewal card? Can I order it online now?

Not sure about renewals but you can purchase them at Guest Relations.

There's no "renewal rate", so just buy another at GR.
