I know that you can use TIW for up to 10 people and only one person in the party needs to have the card, but can the people pay separately and still get the discount?

My family will be going next January and my dad will have the card, but since us kids are all grown up we will be paying for our own meals and would still like the discount.

No, you have to pay on one check for the discount to be used for everyone.

Everybody has to be on one check.

There are options for paying separately though... You could supply cash for your "share" to whomever actually pays or, if the server is willing [I'm not sure what policy they might have, but I've done this at restaurants], you can ask them to charge certain amounts of the total to different credit cards.

If your dad is willing, he or you can keep track and you can repay him in one chunk at the end of the vacation. :shrug:

That was what I was thinking had to happen. It probably won't be that big of a deal. And he'll definitely keep track. I'm sure he figured he bought a lot of meals the first 18 years of my life. :ROFLOL:
