I do not like the food at Wine Country Trattoria. Small portions and overpriced. We had to ask for more sauce because there was barely any on the pasta. Before I knew it, our plates were empty and I was not remotely satisfied. The drink menu is good, though and I like the music loop. I was raised on the east coast on real Italian, huge portions. Italian in SoCal constantly disappoints me.
I tend to agree; it was nothing special last time we were there, but the rest of my group wants to do it, and we're going to be there for so long anyway that we need some options. We don't want super expensive food every night. If they do a halfway decent lasagna, I'll be happy.

I gotta say, potion isn't my complaint. I get lasagna over here on the East coast...and I can barely finish it. I get it from a local place and can usually make two meals out of it. So smaller portions, at least in my case, isn't a bad thing.

Both my husband and I had the lasagna there in August and it was decent.
