Confisco's Grille is the most underrated restaurant at Universal Orlando Resort in my opinion.

Going to take your advice and make it a point to eat there next time. I have been there many times, but I have only made it as far as the front bar to order a Long Island Iced Tea.

Fajitas all the way.....
