T-Rex Ressies

My 5 yr old would absolutely LOVE this restaurant. Are reservations for this non-Disney restaurant also made 180 days in advance?

If you're unable to secure a ressie, can you try to 'walk up' and be seated?

T-Rex does take reservations, but you may not need them. When we went last year, we walked up and got a table, and I think that was before they started taking ADRs. For our most recent trip this past April, I made an ADR, but we got there earlier than the ADR was for and we were able to get seated as walkups. They didn't even check our ADR, so when they seated us, they didn't even know we had reservations. It was as if we were just random walk-ins.

Fabulous! This is encouragaging to hear :) I've been checking online for every night we'll on property and nothing is available for lunch or dinner!

Yeah, I think you could probably do a walk-up. I think since T-Rex and Rainforest aren't on the dining plan they are less crowded than they could be. Last September I saw many walk-ups and we went before our ADR time and we waited maybe 20 mins. Not bad for Disney.
