Sweatshirt

Hello! We're heading to WDW in January...42 days! :sohappy: Anyway, I'm wanting to buy a sweatshirt when we're and was hoping someone could give me an idea of how much they are now. I haven't bought one in years...I've been sticking to t-shirts, but since I should be able to get some use out of a sweastshirt while we're there, I thought I would try and buy one. Also, where would you recommend? Is there one place that has a really good selection? My favorite characters are Tinkerbell and Pooh. I also thought a "Happiest Celebration on Earth" one might be nice. Anyway, if someone who has bought one recently, or knows about how much they are, I would appreciate any advice. (Oh, in case size matters, I'm an adult medium to large.) I'm just trying to plan so I can budget that into what I already take! Thanks!

I am not completely sure on the price but you should expect it to be anywhere between $40-$60. It depends on the sweatshirt (hood, material, and the actual writing on it). For instance you will probably pay more money for a HCOE sweatshirt than you would one that just simply said Walt Disney World. I hope this helps.:animwink:

If you have a car, you could go over to the Character Warehouse store in the Premium Outlets Mall. They generally carry overstock etc. merchandise from the disney parks. This store is run by disney so it is actual disney merchandise, not the knock off stuff you see in other stores. In these stores you can usually get one for about $20.

Best store ever!
I discovered it on our last trip, we took a rainy day and went shopping. I could have spent an entire day in there. The deals were great and the selection was awesome!
There's two stores in that mall....make sure to hit them both!

I just got back last wednesday and bought 2 sweatshirts. Both the Happiest Celebration ones. I'd say they were both about $40-50 a piece.

Just got back, and I also bought at at couple of the HCOE sweatshirts. The ones I got were $32. I bought these at the Emporium in the MK.

Most of the sweatshirts I saw were $50-$60.

However, I knew they were expensive so I bought mine on sale before my trip (Veteran's Day sale) for $18 at Disney Direct.

Umm....not sure what it's like 300 miles north, but in Miami currently you'd be hard pressed to wear a long sleeve shirt let alone a sweatshirt. I'm about to turn the AC on
