swan and dolphin

i was on a websight and reading bios of various disney mgt.one manager who has 15 years of service with the walt disney company in various mgt roles in disney resorts and parks did 2 years at the dolphin and swan.i know disney does not own the swan or dolphin but does mgt from disney ever do "tours of duty" there? it didnt say he left the company for 2 years it said he stayed working for disney while at the swan and dolphin.

There might be some Disney CMs staffed at the hotel in one way or another. I'm not sure about the Sawn and Dolphin, but I know that the Downtown Disney resorts, the Gift shops in most of the hotels (if not all) are operated by Disney CMs.

So maybe its a case like that.
