Swan and Dolphin Question

Since (I think) the Swan and Dolphin are not official Disney hotels, what are the options there regarding MyMagic+, Fastpass+, Magic Your Way and parkhopping?

This may help or check out the thread for it on page 3 of forum. I'm staying at Dolphin and have an account on MDE and linked the resort, park tickets, ADRs , and made FP + .
