Hi. Can anyone confirm if surrey bikes are appropriate for younger children (our daughter will be 3)? It looks like there is a seat across the front where they could be strapped in, but I can’t find concrete details online. It seems like that would be a fun activity for our family. Thanks for your help.

I can't comment about the bikes at Disney World, but for as long as I can remember, I've seen toddlers riding on the front of surrey carts on the Ocean City NJ boardwalk. Because OC has rules covering just about anything, I would expect they would have eliminated those kids seats long ago if it was truly unsafe.
