Surprising my wife today

When I go pick her up from work we will not be going home... We are heading to Disneyworld for the weekend :). Got a good rate at Wilderness Lodge so she will enjoy the nice surprise! Lets just hope the workday goes by quickly.

ok so When i made the reservation i told them it was a surprise for my wife. I had no idea it would be a surprise for me as well. I was booked in a Woods View room at the Wilderness Lodge but when i checked in i was told to hold on a minute. The cast member checking me in went and got a manager who then told my wife and I to come with him. He proceeded to take us over to the elevators and said your VIP and have your own checkin. He took us to the 7th floor and we were checked in to the Concierge floor. I am still amazed that we received such an upgrade. This has been the most amazing trip to Disney :). The Old Faithful Club is pretty nice with snacks and food throughout the day.

What a wonderful surprise for your wife. And congrats on your upgrade to the concierge level!! That would be an amazing treat. Have a wonderful weekend at my favorite resort.

Wow, I wish I could get a surprise like that :) Still have to wait 287 days more for my trip. And it's really cool you guys got that upgrade. I guess it helps to tell Disney if you have any special plans going on :)

I hope you guys enjoy your trip :D

Well it was a great weekend trip. I was able to surprise my wife as well as receive a little surprise of my own. The Christmas decorations are beautiful as always and I couldnt of asked for anything better. My parents were able to enjoy their 35th wedding anniversary. We had dinner at Kona cafe and they really enjoyed it. My wife and I will be going again for my 30th bday Dec 9-11 and then again sometime in February. I dont know how this trip can be topped but we are sure going to try! Thanks everyone for the comments and have a Magical Day!
