Checked the facts online
I'm pretty sure that 14 years ago, the policy was, simply no tattoos. I checked the disneycareers.com FAQ and they had nothing on the subject. Then I went to the Disney Cruise Line Jobs website. Essentially, they publish the Disney Look Book onliine. It reads pretty much like the WDW version (which I haven't seen in a while). My guess is it's the same thing. Anyway, the DCL policy is "Tattoos may not be visible while working." Which is as you (and others posting on this thread) thought before I jumped in!
