You would enter Sunset Boulevard from Hollywood Boulevard. There would be a Sorcerer Mickey dancing water fountain on the left surrounded by trees and benches where you can rest. There would be a stand where you can get delicious strawberry and lemonade icees on a hot summer day. After walking past the fountain you would see a bustling California city, tramcars going up and down the street, and what looks like an abandoned hotel Hollywood hotel. After entering the city you can enter the Sunset boulevard boutique, a repurposed cinema where you can get iconic Hollywood haircuts from back in the old days like Elvis Presley or modern celebrities like Jennifer Lopez. You can also enter the legends of Hollywood where you can purchase celebrity costumes. You can also enter sunset boulevard from Hollywood boulevard from a back alley where you can find a moved alley bathrooms. Also in gangster alley you can find gangster goods, an old gangster warehouse where you can find old gangster goods from the most popular gangster movies. There's a way you can enter from Pixar place with a courtyard based on old animated movies with Oswald gift shop where you can purchase old Oswald merchandise. You can also find dancing skeleton gift store where you can find dancing skeleton old 1920s merchandise. Going past gangster goods you can find the general store themed to old cowboy movies such as the legend of Zoro, you can also enter Muppets Courtyard from here but we'll get to that. There would be a counter service restaurant themed to singing in the rain with references to the movie all around the restaurant.

Now were getting to the abandoned hotel. You can see an old 1920s abandoned hotel where the Hollywood elites used to stay, but then one stormy night the hotel mysteriously disappeared with everyone still in it. People have tried to tell the story, but nobody would believe them. Once Sunset Boulevard was built they started building a hotel where people could stay in the park, but strange occurrences like construction workers disappearing and the buildings falling. Right when the land was about to open the hotel appeared out of nowhere and took over the entire area. Once you enter the hotel from an abandoned garage, you go through old cars, once you go through the garage, you enter the an old decrepit lobby that looks like everyone just left. You enter an old library where you can see an old documentary from a film crew that went inside the hotel. Right after the film a news report tells us that 4 people have been missing and the lights went go out, a cast member in disguise goes missing through a hidden door. They tells us that somebody took them and that they are at the top floor, they tell us to use the service elevators. We go through the boiler room and make our way to the elevator. After we go into the elevator we go up to a dark hallway and they see floating chairs and skeletons. We enter the second elevator shaft and go up to the top floor and see the cast member but they turn into a ghost and chase after us. We go up and down the floors to escape the ghost, we escape the ghost and enter an old bar where you can get ghostly drinks. After exiting the Tower or Terror you can see an entrance where you can actually stay in the haunted hotel, you enter a slightly cleaner lobby where you can check in to ghostly rooms. Once the hotel appeared the building around it was taken over by the ghosts.

You can enter Rockin Roller Coaster through an backstage entrance to the studio. You go through the backstage areas and the records room. When you enter the pre show you see a rock band getting ready to perform at a concert. They tell you to come with them as VIP guests. We exit through a side entrance and see a back alley where limos are getting ready to leave and take you to the concert. You have to get to the concert at top speed, so that you can avoid the traffic made by the concert. You leave the alley and go through the city at top speed, avoiding cars. We get to the concert where we see Michael Eisner signing a deal with the rock band to use their songs to use in a brand new roller coaster at MGM studios. There would be a table service based on different forms of music, where you had a meal with every type of music. The types of music would be rock, pop, country, rap, and jazz.

You can enter Muppets Courtyard from cowboy town. You will see the Electric Mayhem truck and store where you can purchase Electric Mayhem merchandise. You can also find gonzo pizza emporium, where rats will bring you your food. You can get pizza and burgers and other muppets themed food. There would be a chicken flat ride. There would be an updated MuppetVision where you enter from an old production entrance seeing old muppets merchandise. You enter an old theater where the muppets will perform a show, which went as well as you would expect. Where animal would go on the loose and they would try to catch him. You would exit through the main entrance. The great muppet movie ride sounds exactly what it sounds. You would enter from an old factory where you can see old gags being produced. The ride would first go through Peter Pan, Beauty and the Beast, Willy Wonka and the chocolate factory, Frankenstein, Star Wars, Halloween, and finally the Avengers. There would be Swedish chef's kitchen, a table service show where the Swedish chef would put on kitchen show, when you eat your food. Going past the attraction you would find Fozz square where you can find Fozzie merchandise.

Entering ToonTown you see gift shops where you can buy roger rabbit merchandise. After the shops you can enter a counter-service restaurant called Toon Cafe where you can dine in themed to popular characters such as roger rabbit or mickey mouse. To the left of Toon Cafe there are shops where you can buy Ducktales merchandise. Ducktales Adventures is a trackless darkride. You enter McDuck bank where you go through bankrooms and the money bin. Magica Despell attacks the bin and Scrooge pays us to fight with them. We go around the city and the mansion fighting all the villains in the process. You exit through the back exit. Roller Coaster Rabbit is a family coaster. You enter through an underground bunker where you go from the real world to toontown. You enter taxi's that go around the town but then a racecar challenges us to a race. We race through the streets against the racecar, but we are caught by the police. But, before they arrest us we make a run for it through the parks of toontown and the swamps. Until the police finally catch us and take us into the police station. After leaving the coaster we can enter in to Mickey's toontown where we can enter Mickey and Minnies house. To the far right, we can enter into goofy's swamp, where we can enter Goofy's shack. We would enter Fantasmic with scenes from iconic animated movies like Peter Pan, Snow White, The Little Mermaid, Alladin, Tarzan, Tangled, Moana, and Encanto.

I think you'll find a lot of people on this forum, like you, who enjoy the Muppets (and would love to see them in a greater role in the parks).

I love the idea of replacing Fantasmic with a land. It seems like a better use of space for such a small park. Doing this will help draw people away from the back sections. Which are overly crowded at the moment. And it's easy to see why, they've got most of the new attractions.

There's a bonus as well with your great idea for The Muppets. It makes it possible to use the old Muppet section for something else.

I think it would be rather interesting if the Tokyo Disney Facade was brought over to Florida in this refurbishment. It reminds me of the Moorish palaces in Spain.

That would be pretty interesting but I think that the tower or terror designs should be different. Also from my current knowledge the one in DisneySea is not very much of a Californian style hotel, but certainly the tower of terror would get a somewhat new design with the new hotel part of the ride. I also forgot to put in the post that the name would be changed to terror tower.

The one constant in the Hollywood Studios equation that every ride has a somewhat long line. Hollywood studios really needs more rides with higher capacity some of the new rides that I am adding would be people eaters.

I always loved the muppets land idea during the Eisner era. At first I kept muppets courtyard where it was but I moved it because of avengers campus.

I also don’t think the one we currently have in FL is appropriate for 20s/30s LA. The most appropriate facade is probably Paris/Former California with its Mission Revival style.

I do admit the one in Florida is not very Californian. The refurb of the ride would have a changed exterior which would look more Californian. Some redesigns could be

Or

Of course it would look more abandoned.

I got an idea, but you don't have to go with it.

What about making Sunset Boulevard Muppets themed? This way you can retheme Tower and Rock n Rollercoaster to the Muppets. RnR would be an easy one to redo with Electric Mayhem.
