We went up to the store, but I think they do it by mail too. His had a torn zipper, and they gave us full credit for it, even though it was heavily used. In fact his first one was monogrammed, and they even gave us credit for that, although he didn't want the new one monogrammed. So we bought him a water bottle too!

And I broke two zippers, tore a side mesh pocket, and gashed the reflective thingy. :shrug:

(I'm generally meticulous with all of my stuff, but for some reason, my backpacks always take a beating)

Check out the Customer Service info on that site. There's a phone number to call, so tell them about it. The worst they can tell you is no, but if you read their guarentee, just tell them that you were a bit disappointed in this particular product.
