Summer Vacation Homes

There are several neighborhoods that are very close and nice. Windsor Hills, Windsor Palms, Emerald Island, Oak Harbor, Oak Harbor Island, Rolling Hills, Indian Creek and Formosa Gardens are all good neighborhoods. I would suggest visiting the Dis Boards--they have a section devoted to offsite lodging and there is some good information on finding a vacation home. It can be kind of daunting at first.

All the communities are generally within 20 mins drive of the main parks and are nice .
I rent regularlly so if you need guidance just ask as I may be able to help you the field of homes there are out there.

Offsite properties

I have also been looking a some homes offsite. A couple off Emerald Island Blvd and Spring Creek Dr. These are listed by Rentalo.com. Any imformation about these areas or the Rentalo company. The homes look nice, but I am from North Georgia and I have no idea how old the pictures are that are post on the web site.

rentalo is mainly a rent by owner site so you will be dealing with an individual so you ask them when the pictures were taken and if they have any more to show you.

Thanks for the info on Rentalo. We put a deposit down on a 7 bedroom villa in Terra Verde. The vacation starts on September 1st. My grandchildren are going to be so excited, when my daughter lets me tell them. She keeps saying not yet, not yet.

My Family And I Stayed At Glenbrook About 2 Years Ago. It Was Nice. The Only Turnoff Was That It Is A Long Way From Disney World. Its A Peaceful Neighborhood, And The House We Stayed In Was Beautiful and Spacious. Glenbrook Should Be Grown Up Alot From When We Stayed There. I Know They Built A Brand New Walmart Down The Street, And There Are Alot Of New Businesses and Restraunts Popping Up. Have A Good Trip!
