Well, my hubby came back from the doctor, and told me he's taking the rest of the day off. The doc thinks it's a sinus infection, but he also wants him to go to the hospital for some bloodwork. He'll have to do that another day, as he's supposed to fast for so long before it's done. So, DH ran over to get his voting out of the way, and then he's taking it easy.

I think I missed it, what is he having done that he has to fast for, Jenny?

Baked Ziti is an italian baked pasta.

It's just the type of pasta (Name of the pasta is Ziti). It should be in the pasta aisle similar to Rigatoni or penne. You mix the cooked pasta with regular meat sauce and ricotta cheese (or anyother creamy cheese). Then top with Mozzarella and Parmesian Cheese. Bake it up. :slurp:
