So I just got off the phone with SIL about the dog. It seems she had to take her to the vet back in March for a urinary infection, but never took her back for a follow-up. She was aware of the incontinence issues, but chose to limit her water intake to take care of it. So, not only is the dog probably sick, but she's also dehydrated!
