I love Disney, and heaven knows I've been there a lot, but I do enjoy other things too. And frankly, WDW is getting too expensive for us!

No, no, no.... that totally came out the wrong way. I am sorry that I put this out there. I wish that this could be fun for everyone and not have to deal with the many problems that we have too. Wouldn't it be nice to all come in here one day and say that everything is going perfect.

You guys are awesome and I hope that I have been able to contribute here (more than just whinning about my life.)

It's definitely getting expensive for those 3 day weekend trips. I'll admit that. Those are starting to become WAY too much money. And don't even get me started on what they do to people who just want a day pass. It's a tad rediculous what they are doing...but, I guess they have their reasons.

We bought 10 day no exp passes for our weekend trips, so that helps the cost tremendously. But when we go with our group for a week in February, we'd love to be able to just do a day or 2 at WDW with them, but it's just way too expensive now. That's basically why we did the P&P party last year. For 40 bucks each, they at least got a night at MK.

I was just perusing the Disneyland site (yeah I know, more Disney), and a 2-day hopper out there is $132.00. If we stay in a good neighbor hotel right across from the entrance.....maybe WDW isn't our only option this Jan. :shrug:
