Stupid question about reservations

My dad booked our vacation a 2 1/2 weeks ago. (we reserved with a credit card) i have heard you have to pay 1 nights room w/in a certain # days. how do we do that? will they use the credit # to do so?

If they asked him for a credit card, I'd bet they've already charged it the day's deposit on it. Either call Disney or if he has online access to his credit card statement, why not look into that? You should receive a statement in the mail any day now from WDW.

If it is a room only reservation, he would have been charged 1 night's stay to his credit card. The remainder is due a check in. If he booked a package, there is a $200 deposit with remainder due 45 days before arrival.
