Going back 10 years ago it was much more manageable to where you could walk around with your cup of cocoa and not be pushed and knocked around. We used to just walk in and out of SOA during the night with no wait where now you may be stuck in a crowd for 30 minutes just trying to get through the small walkways to SOA. It seemed that once the show was amped up with the addition of the dancing lights that the crowds increased dramatically. Today IMHO the show is 10x better than it was 10 years ago.
That is pretty much true of everything at WDW. The crowds go up every year and the place really has not gotten any bigger. Dash in the effect that 9/11 had on tourism and us old timers really see the difference.

Yeah, visiting WDW in the early 2000's was a totally different experience than it is today. Attendance is up 50% and little capacity has been added.

Showing my newbie side (First visit 2010 when I moved to Central Fla. for work. Never went as a kid) but the nights didn't used to dance?

It was busy, but manageable on Thursday night for the lights. We were able to walk around at 730 without anything more than what you'd expect from theme park walkways. The rest of the park was busy, but not crowded. Today however was pretty solid

Even muppetvision was a complete full theater at 2pm.. But no wait still :)

Has anyone heard rumors they are giving out vouchers for free parking and food if you choose to park at Epcot or AK instead of Studios(or if Studios is full)?

This is a pretty smart way to redistribute crowds away from MK and the Studios. Not too many people will pass up that free meal and might end up staying at AK and Epcot, provided they're not missing dining or FP reservations.

Full as of 4 pm (I think APs are no longer blocked out?). At least they're changing their wording and saying "temporarily unavailable" instead of "full" so they get less flack about the open spots they save.

We're block outs lifted on some people today?
