When I went to MGM-Studios (8/4), the wait for RnRC was 60 minutes, then it changed to 90 minutes.

MGM Studios on Sunday the 14th :

TOT and RnR were 30 minutes.
GMR: 15 minutes
Star Tours: 10 minutes

Lights, Motors, Action seemed to be at capacity for the first 2 shows, which has really helped to drop the wait times throughout the rest of the park now that the summer crowds are dropping.
