So I rode last week and it was explained that this area is where animals could mingle together and this building is for wardens to watch the animals. No animals were here. Just info from driver. Maybe they’ll do more with area in the future?

I'm glad the warden got the chain link donation. He was working with found items to build this but was able to go all out on the commercial fence.

I agree, but I think that can be explained away "in theme" by the fact that the fence is surrounding a warden hut. It's conceivable that they would have some kind of barrier.

True, it wouldn't be as easy for the warden to get out should there be a need to cross chasms.

Africans actually use "real" fence. Yep. And guns. They have many many guns and aren't afraid to use them.
