Gonna need a real door and real windows.So I rode last week and it was explained that this area is where animals could mingle together and this building is for wardens to watch the animals. No animals were here. Just info from driver. Maybe they’ll do more with area in the future?

I think that is just meant to be the story, no that people will actually be in the building.
It's jarring to see such an obvious fence, when the rest of the barriers throughout the Safari are so well hidden.
True, it wouldn't be as easy for the warden to get out should there be a need to cross chasms.I agree, but I think that can be explained away "in theme" by the fact that the fence is surrounding a warden hut. It's conceivable that they would have some kind of barrier.
