Strollers.. What happens to them when you ride?

When we go to Disney next spring, my little one will be 4. I know she's not going to be able to walk as much as the rest of us, so I thought about renting a stroller.
But then I thought "What happens to the stroller if we all ride something together?" Can anyone help answer this?

Fear not! Disney has designated stroller parking areas for every attraction. Just park your stroller in these areas before entering the attraction. Most people leave things in their stroller, but to play it safe, you should take valuables with you, and put something on your stroller to make it easily identifiable as your own (write your name on it, tie a bright ribbon on it, or something).

If its a rented stroller, Disney issues a name card with the stroller so you can identify yours.

^^yup^^ but beware that they are sometimes moved around by CMs s we always try to make ours more identifiable to fine it faster. Our sweatshirts, leis, or whatever else we think to hang off of it. It's never too bad but there have been a couple times where the DH has gotten all frazzled insisting our stroller was stolen,. This happens especially outside of the seas in Epcot.

Thank you guys so much for the info! I was hoping I wasn't going to have to worry about buying one of those crappy little umbrella strollers to lug around everywhere!

Yes the strollers often get moved!! I would tie something around it that you can quickly see its yours. We usually leave everything in ours too. I usually leave my bag in the safe in the room with my wallet and everything and DH just takes his. Or I have a small cross body bag that can hold my wallet, a small sunblock and maybe some baby wipes and still be hands free.

CM's are always straighening up the stroller parking area. so your stroller maybe moved in the area or moved to area if you do not park it there. bring the raincover that fits your stroller, as ponchos do not stay on in storms like covers do.

Thank you again for the tips!! I was worried about taking one/renting for fear that someone would steal it... I don't know how often that happens in the parks, but I'm hoping not often. LOL

We had ours moved a couple of times and in cases like the safari in AK, they parked it for me, so I had no clue where it was until we got off. Even if they don't move your stroller, there are so many in the park that will be identical to yours, so a good marker is a must if you don't want to waste time hunting down your stroller.

We made ours from a bunch of old brightly colored balloon strings.

Keep in mind, though, that renting a stroller at WDW costs $13/day, if you pay in advance for stroller rental for your entire stay, or $15/day, if you pay by the day. If you're planning on being at WDW for a long time, it might be worth it to you to lug around one of those "crappy little umbrella strollers" and save some money ;) The umbrella stroller would be good to have, too, for those late night walks to the buses or to your resort room at night after getting off the bus. Sleeping 4 year olds are really heavy after a long day in the parks!

Another option would be an offsite stroller rental company.
