Strobe Light-what type

Im trying to figure out what brand of strobe light this is.

There are tons of these throughout the trees in the hub at Disneyland used for Remember....Dreams Come True.

Does anyone know what company makes these and what they are called?

Looks more like it's just the lamp in a socket in the tree, and that all controls for the strobe are located remotely in a central area. I haven't seen an installation like this before (though I admit my exposure is a bit lacking in some areas)

It is def a strobe, the same ones are used in fantasmic. Its very hard to control a regular lamp to strobe, unless you have a strobe lamp in a Ellipsoidal unit.
