I know this is going to sound weird but, I was wondering if there were any upper management position in Florida for Disney, like does the president of WDW work here or in california

Hmmm, i think I understand what you are asking...but could you make it a little clearer exactly what you are looking for...I would hate to answer all wrong and sound stupid...I'm good at doing that! 
I want to know for example were does the President of the Walt Disney World Resort work, in Orlando, or California, or the presidents/vice presidents of the parks, etc.

I am pretty sure that the president and vice president of WDW live in Florida...I would imagine close to WDW, but I do not know that for sure...I know for a fact that the president of WDW does NOT live in California though.

All WDW executives live and work in Florida. Rasulo is President of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts not just WDW. This is what the huge Team Disney Building Florida is for. Al Weis is President of the WDW resort. He lives and works in Florida. All of the WDW park and resort presidents and general managers live in florida and work at there respective operation. Ie: Rick Allen GM of Animal Kingdom Lodge lives in Florida and his office is at AKL.

Well... I know the President of MK goes around the park... Don't know his name, but I saw him! My tour guide on Keys to the Kingdom pointed him out... He was in dress pants with a grey shirt and 'Millionaire' tie on... OH!!! And he had one of those neat little earpieces that some of the higher ups that you sometimes see walking around have!!!
