Its a minute thing in Disney perspective, but big on your list. I find that disney is very accomadating if you point out your problem. This is the reason you should call and ask for an upgrade or one nights free dining or park passes. They want you to stay and spend money. Its not being a pain in the a--. Disney is willing to do, make guests happy for legitimate reasons, regardless of what people say on this board about them being money hungry and not caring. Just make the call, and good luck. Keep us posted as to what happens.

While I agree that Disney is typically very accommodating, this just sounds greedy to me. A single slide at a huge pool complex is down temporarily...hardly a reason to ruin one's trip or demand upgrades and free stuff. Disney is already providing the best substitute, which is a free ride over to the closest slide.

JMHO.

I wouldn't worry about it.

We didn't particularly care for the slide, it was slow and the joints between sections were very jarring.

Plus is it a bit of a pain to get to.

The rest of SAB is fantastic. Don't let this one, very small, aspect mar your appreciation and enjoyment of a wonderful resort!

Not sure its that big of a deal...I at least won't be making a stink about it.
