That sounds good except most parents these days are in a word, stupid.

No... the ride is "OK", but that's as far as i would go. It's one of those rides which is greatly anticipated, but then is rushed and spolied.. I think it has the potential to be a great ride but Disney rushed to beat Universal and by doing so, didnt make the ride as good as it could have been...

Huh? I'm confused. Disney wasn't rushing to beat Universal with this ride. (Unless you mean with Shrek or the Mummy, but I thought those things opened before Stitch did). I haven't been on it yet, so I don't know about it stinking, but if it does stink (which is the impression I am getting from these boards) it sucks b/c they were rushing to get it done for themselves. Disney wanted the ride open fast.

The restraints in no way are meant to hold you in place. They can easily be lifted up if you need to get out.

They do serve that purpose,actually. We wouldn't want guests scrambling around a dark theater during the dark periods.
