I think he looks excellent. I'll be seeing him this summer and can't wait. It'll also be neat to see Skippy for the first time, I'm glad they kept him, as that's one thing, the only thing, I would have missed about AE. Glad he's still there.

Stitch rules. :D

Pre-show, AFAIK. Him and the robot too, that's what I heard last. Seems quite a few people are glad to see skippy still around. I'm wanting to see what the skippy-mania is all-about. :D

I hear he was pretty funny though, so it'll go along great with Stitch (who was NEVER truly evil btw, complete misconception. He was a nuisance, like Jumba's other creations, but never truly evil.)

I really don't know. The exact storyline for the attraction itself and the pre-show haven't been released yet, as far as I've seen. If someone else has seen details of the pre-show maybe they can post them, but I've only heard bits and pieces. Some say that the pre-show will be the same, while others say that Skippy will get into a "Sticky" situation, but give no further details.

Wish i could help a bit more, but I guess this will be a "wait and see" sort of thing.

to clarify: We've heard the basic storyline for SGE, but not a play-by-play description, what with the show taking place 3 months before the movie, Stitch has just been captured, etc etc. You know the story.

It's called Jumba's ego. Jumba never created Stitch to do anything more than annoy the general population. Playful destructiveness.

It always annoys me when people try and say the "626" version of Stitch was evil. He was no more evil than Sparky from Stitch the Movie, who was also destructive, but not evil. Mischievious.

Case in point:

If 626 was really evil...why, with his ability to "think like a supercomputer", did he miss every ship he fired on in the opening space scenes? Surely his aim is better than that.

Why didn't he just kill that frog when he landed on earth?

Why didn't he kill the animals in his cell or simply destroy the building and those in it?

Likewise, iof Jumba himself was truly evil, why didn't he just shoot lilo, why would he care about not hitting her with the plasma cannon?

You gotta read between the lines buddy. Jumba has a huge ego, or HAD a huge ego. He overstated everything including his experiments' capabilities. If he were truly evil enough to create experiments that would take the lives of young and old, then why did he even care about Lilo's safety? And don't say he was obeying Pleakley.

Stitch: Stitch had tons of opportunities to kill or maim, and never did. And on a personal level, we really get to see him open up over the course of the movie, to see him revealed as a creature that has feelings, a very sensitive side to him. And that's when people truly bonded with him...the "Lost" scene is the most powerful thing I've ever seen in any movie. I have NEVER been so impacted by just one scene. And yet here we see Stitch for who he is.

And it is at that moment that you realize he was never, ever evil. No truly evil creature could be that sensitive inside...feelings locked up just waiting for the right person, Lilo in this case, to unlock them.

After that scene alone it baffles me how anyone can ever say Stitch was truly evil. No, he never was. Never will be. Mischivious, yes. Destructive, yes. Bloodthristy killer: Not on your life. WDI got his 626 personality down pat for this ride. I applaud them.

I hope now you understand my reasoning for why Stitch was never truly evil. He wasy hyped as such by Jumba, he was destructive, but he never took a life (not even in the deleted scene!), and knowing his true colours underneath, i doubt he'd ever been capable of killing in cold blood.

It just doesn't wash.

Btw, I'm just kidding, not trying to disagree with you.
It also depends on what you see as evil.

That was actually for those people who said that SGE would not be scary at all and it AE would be turned into a kiddy ride.

From Webster's, for what it's worth;)

e·vil
adj. e·vil·er, e·vil·est
Morally bad or wrong; wicked: an evil tyrant.
Causing ruin, injury, or pain; harmful: the evil effects of a poor diet.
Characterized by or indicating future misfortune; ominous: evil omens.
Bad or blameworthy by report; infamous: an evil reputation.
Characterized by anger or spite; malicious: an evil temper.

I guess it could be used to prove either side. I always believed that Stitch was created to wreak havoc, but I never really pictured him killing anyone (Perhaps because it's a Disney movie?) I did however, think he was "evil" to begin with - over time, with Lilo's help, he lost most of that...

No. The sig box wouldn't let me include images. So those are there in the post itself, that's why you see them in the quotes.

Depends on my mood. ;) If I'm angry, you won't see those images there. In normal conv, you probably will. 5 lines? Even the actual sig with the link and stuff has more than 5 lines. Why the limit? I'd hope you let me keep the images, it's sort of my little tribue to WDFA-F and the folks that created stitch.
