I've eaten at Yachtsman but not Shula's. I'm a serious steak eater (in other words, Le Cellier is not for me)...but I haven't been to Shula's yet and I'm wondering which of the two (Shula's or Yachtsman) is the truly better steak experience. They both seem to offer true prime beef, age their steak well, and cook them correctly (based on my experience at Yachtsman and what I've heard about Shula's).
Is there truly a difference that a steak connoisseur would be able to discern? We will have two small children with us though, so if one of those two places has a more "formal" setting than the other than I'd choose the other, if all else is equal.
