Status of construction in mid December

So we are arriving at the World on December 17th. My DH is being "grumpy" because he's concerned about all the construction going on. I am "pretty sure" by the time we get there, the only place to have significant construction would be Disney Springs and it shouldn't be too difficult getting around the parks, closures, etc. Isn't there a link to construction update/timeframe on here somewhere??

Animal Kingdom and DTD have construction but its really not that big a problem. The other spot is in front of the castle but it should be complete by then.

Well if you are concerned about the construction at Disney Springs, just head over to the movie theater and forget about the construction for a few hours. There should be some decent low budget flick playing around the time you are there.

Love a little Disney every day!! ;)
Disney is known to minimally affect guests with any construction going on so don't worry everything will be fine. There always is some construction going on at any given time the last however many years and it has never affected our trips much if any way at all.
But like others noted it will still be happening mainly at Disney Springs and Animal Kingdom. HS may have more by December than they already do, but nothing set in stone yet when they will start on the expansions fully there.
Tell him if you had to wait until there is no construction at WDW then it would be many years if ever. Haha! :)
