Hey guys so i know that with the dining plan u can get drinks as snanks i wanted to know what food counts as a snack from starbucks ? Panini ? Cake Pop? etc let me know if anyone knows thanks

no entirely true, all Starbucks drinks (regardless of size) are a snacks. We frequently bought the $5.50 frappuccinos using snack credits.

To answer the OP:
All cakes, brownies, cookies, and etc are snack credits.

The breakfast sandwiches require a quick service credit and you get a drink. I have not ever noticed lunch sandwiches available.
